B. Public Markets and Food Terminals
 Malinao has only one public market and no other food terminals. Out of its own finances, the municipality started to construct the stalls around the market. The old stalls will be gradually replaced. The second floor of the stalls at the entrance is the municipality's conference hall which was constructed this year. Hopefully the painting and other finishing touches will be finished by next year.
Running water is available in the wet market section.
Market garbage is collected in covered receptacles.
A drainage system is in place inside and around the market.
